Your Homework Assignment:
You will benefit greatly by reviewing the handout and completing the following exercises
prior to listening to the audio.
Your first homework assignment is to take three minutes to watch a great message on the following web site. I know you will find it very insightful and inspirational. www.thetimemovie.com
Then, complete exercises on pages 3 and 6 before the teleseminar.
On page #3, identify your top 3 biggest time challenges in the list.
Also on Page #3, Define your "Perfect Day". This would include elements that your day needs for you to feel it was a "Great Day!" Feel free to Review Ruby's Perfect Day List above your list so you can see an example.
On page #6, prepare a list of 7 things you need to do on Friday Dec. 16th. No need to put these in any particular order. Just write them in the "Task List for Dec. 16" Column. We will be helping you learn a new tactic using your list. (No you won't need to share it with anyone!)
Thanks for completing these activities prior to listening to the teleseminar.
